Please continue to adhere to the service request obligations outlined in the AATC Construction Guidelines.

If you need a new user setup, please contact [email protected] and include "Shutdown Request" in the subject of the email.
When Beginning a New Project:
- Submit DOA Approved drawings to [email protected]
- A Project Code Will Be Created
- Use the Project Code to Submit the Shutdown Request in Hexagon
