Please continue to adhere to the service request obligations outlined in the AATC Construction Guidelines.
If you have any questions related to a shutdown request, please contact shutdowns@aatc.org.
If you need a new user setup, please contact hexagonadmin@aatc.org and include "Shutdown Request" in the subject of the email.
When Beginning a New Project:
- Submit DOA Approved drawings to shutdowns@aatc.org
- A Project Code Will Be Created
- Use the Project Code to Submit the Shutdown Request in Hexagon
